Asana Studio offers a 200 hour teacher training intensive through Yoga Alliance. Jenn Williams-Stewart will be your guide on this beautiful yoga journey to unveil your inner divine beings. Our goal is to create confident, knowledgeable and compassionate teachers! Together we will journey into our souls and find each of our unique gifts to apply to our own styles of teaching.


*You will receive instruction in the art, history and science of yoga.
*You will learn to instruct from the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual perspectives.
*You will learn, breathe, love, laugh (a lot) and take your practice to a whole new level!

This program will bring challenges, new friends and a new acceptance and love for the divine within. Above all, this program will provide a safe environment full of support, joy, guidance and love.

Dates: Friday September 3, 2010 - Friday December 10, 2010
Times: Tuesday 5-8pm, Friday 5-9pm & Saturdays 2-7pm (some Sundays TBA, 2 day retreat TBA)
Location: Asana II Olde Town Arvada Studio
