Cole finds joy in sharing yoga with others offering a warm and accepting energy to class, often with a splash of silliness, and lightness. It is with Yoga that Cole has found a way to offer space for individuals to explore their connection with themselves, their bodies and their minds.

She guides yoga based in the philosophies of Pantanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga (the eight-limbed path), influenced by Pattabhi Jois’Asthanga Yoga asana (posture) practice, and the Samarya Center’s Integrated Movement Therapy.  Her most recent trainings have been with Buffy Barfoot, Yoga Therapeutics, and Nancy Candea, Yoga for Trauma and Addiction.

Her favorite classes to teach are Flow Classes, for their meditation in motion, and Gentle Classes for their subtle strength and welcoming atmosphere. She incorporates meditation, mindfulness, and breath work into her classes. She encourages students to let go of self-judgment, and be where they are, emotionally and physically.

Among her many passions are dance, jewelry making, traveling, finding ways to live more eco-friendly and inspiring others to do the same. She is a beginning bicyclist and a being of light!
