Enthusiasm to love your life is contagious around Adi, her passion connects people to their own joyful potential, cultivating purpose, insight and self-love, developing the seed of curiosity that empowers transformation creating sustainable change.
Adi’s core background has been inspired by Bhakti Yoga (service) and Art; living, learning and was also initiated by the Vaisnava lineage, becoming a preacher in Vrindavan and Puri, India at the Sri Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir and Sri Jagannatha Mandir; getting her bachelor degree in Fine Arts in 1993 at Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes in Mexico City.
Adi’s is a E-RYT 200, registered with the Yoga Alliance, she offers classes that craft a constant alignment of Asana (postures) Pranayama (breath) and Svadhyaya (self study), creating mindful transitions through strength, focus and kindness, always, always finding a space of playfulness. Adi has been teaching yoga since 2010, and her style has been described as Spicy Mindful Vinyasa.
Adi also has been working with children through RecyclArt Yoga, a format that offers developmental reinforcement for fine and gross motor skills, behavior shift, confidence, problem solving and decision making through mindful practices and by creating a piece of artwork made entirely with recycled materials.
