The practice of yoga is to bring into harmony the mind, body, and spirit. This class offers techniques to make each day the best it can be.
In this class you will learn to focus on the breath, and experience methods of releasing stress, tension, worry, anger and fear. You will practice physical skills that will enhance day to day living, and help maintain independence.

Joann is a native of Colorado, currently lives in Arvada, Colorado with her husband and two dogs. Joann has been practicing yoga for 12 years, and teaching Yoga for Parkinson’s & other movement disorders for the past 8 years.
