Greetings! Yoga found me as I was struggling to breath and keep up with the anxiety of daily life. After practicing for many years, I continue to practice breathing into daily life and finding peace moment to moment. I joined the Asana Studio to deepen my practice through my pregnancy. I learned so much about the mind/body connection and was blessed to have a beautiful and peaceful birth to my son, Jalen. I hope to breath alongside you and meet you right where life has brought you today. When I am not practicing yoga, you can find me outside exploring and enjoying the world with my family.
