Meghan is an artist, yoga and meditation instructor, and educator. She finds strength, confidence, beauty, dedication, and humility through yoga. Carrying the lessons learned on the mat, out into the world. She has been blessed with the opportunity to study with many amazing teachers in her life, and realizes what a gift it is to share this knowledge and these traditions with others.
In 2011 Meghan became a RYT 200, as well as a Reiki practitioner, and is currently working on her 500-hour certification. Although Ashtanga is her personal practice, she has taught many different styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Yin, and Restorative. She is a Doterra Wellness Advocate, and strives to live and Ayurvedic lifestyle.
Meghan has created programs using art and yoga as an alternative therapy for the homeless, underprivileged children, and people with special needs. She has also taught at the college level and managed yoga studios, galleries, and her own freelance photography company. Meghan believes yoga opens the mind to find the more authentic self. She strives everyday to create a path for both herself and her students to dig deeper into what life has to offer.
