In 2000, a friend invited Ringgo to a yoga class. He was intrigued with the poses and breathing and so he looked forward to his weekly classes. The asanas allowed him to be more aware of his body and the pranayamas helped him to be more in tune with his mind. Ringgo felt this positive energy and knew that he had to share it with others. In April 2014, he completed his 200 RYT. Ringgo loves teaching yoga and emphasizes safety with proper alignment. He enjoys having fun with his students and encourages you to be mindful of your body’s needs by taking variations and modifications when needed. Hug like you mean it. Breathe deeply. Smile. Namaste.
