I first discovered yoga in 1990 while I was going to CU-Boulder to become a teacher. Yoga and meditation helped me to manage my stress and to create a spiritual practice for myself. Through the years my practice fluctuated, becoming more active during times of stress. After 27 years in the public school system, I retired and began my journey to become a yoga teacher. I am delighted to have the opportunity to help others navigate through their lives mindfully and authentically.
